At Guard-Tech we utilize the very latest AutoDesk CAD/CAM engineering software. AutoDesk Inventor takes you beyond CAD into Digital Prototyping enabling us to produce an accurate 3D model that can help us design, visualise and siumulate your product before starting production, significantly reducing development costs and lead times.

The Guard-Tech design process always starts with a complete and detailed appraisal of the machinery in question. From there our design engineers will progress the design back at our offices working on our state-of-the-art AutoDesk CAD system.

In all cases the design engineer’s aim is to develop the optimum solution meeting all necessary operational requirements and Health & Safety regulations to ensure full compliance with the appropriate Health & Safety standards.

One of our main advantages is that not only do we fully understand all the general issues around effectively protecting workers from the dangers of machinery, but we also do so at an industry-specific level and therefore can apply this expertise at the design stage.
